I’ve finally managed to get around to making my new “1950s Style Crown Headpiece” pattern. It used to be a fairly standard shape in those days, comfortable to wear and versatile in design.
The first one I’ve made is this gold and red roses one, with glass diamantes in the heart of the bigger flowers. I’ve also made a few more “Frida Kahlo” flower fascinators on headbands.
